Felix is the strongest general-purpose online health platform in Canada, and for most people it is the right first stop. The breadth is real rather than cosmetic: five treatment lines, one care team, consistent free discreet delivery, and unlimited follow-ups on three of the five.
It is strongest where ongoing adjustment matters most. Hair loss, skin care and menopause are all conditions managed over months rather than solved in one appointment, and unlimited practitioner access is worth more on those lines than a slightly lower headline price.
It is weakest on weight loss economics. Felix is brand-name focused, and since Health Canada authorized generic semaglutide, programs starting around $149 a month have undercut brand-name pricing for the same molecule. The $0 consult is still the cheapest way to find out whether you qualify — but do the medication maths before committing.
